"Worst Neighborhood Watch Ever"

Films: The Earth Dies Screaming (1964)

Alias: None

Type: Alien

Location: Eldritch Location/Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil

Summary: Sometimes, you just got to use the big toys later. That's what these unseen aliens did, and it got them quite far in the grand scheme of things...

History: An alien race has unleashed a deadly virus unto the Earth. The majority of mankind is dead. And now the robots have been deployed to take care of the rest. Whether it's simply just killing them or turning them into mindless drones, these droids will have their takeover.

Notable Kills: One touch, that's it, you're dead.

Final Fate: The robot menace is finally brought down when the tower giving them sentience is blown up, causing them to fall to the ground, dead. The aliens are presumably none the wiser.

Powers/Abilities: These things can kill with a touch, and even turn victims into undead drones to do their bidding.

Weakness: If their power source is down, so are they.

Scariness Factor: 4.5-Knowing where they get their power probably would end the terror quickly, but for those who don't, you're as good as dead. While the robots are a bit iffy in design, there's no doubt that their death-touch make them some of the most dreaded things made from metallic alloy.

Trivia: -You can get killed touching metals depending on the circumstances. Metallic poisoning comes in many forms, like brain-addling mercury poisoning.

-There was an Atari game of the same name released 19 years later, but it bears little resemblance to this film.

It was at this moment...the robot knew....he f'ed up.

She's dead now, but the worst hasn't even happened yet...
